Today, it’s Halloween: Yeah! Halloween is a traditional celebration of the dead. This holiday is famous for the trick-or-treat, Halloween costume parties, carving pumpkins, scary haunted attractions, scary stories and, of course, scary movies. I hope you enjoy some of those activities for the last past weeks.

I wasn’t supposed to write another post today. With what happens today in social media I thought it was the right time to write about sexual assault and harassment. Me too social media sensation is the perfect way to show everyone that it happens often than what we think. It’s also something that is really different for everyone.

If you know me and don’t want to know what I’m gonna say, it’s still time to stop reading this post. Sincerely, I hope that you don’t. It might not be easy to read but it wasn’t easy to live. I think it’s really important to talk about those things and no matter how, why and what happened to you. Even if it’s hard, you must do it. It’s really important to say it out loud. Well… Long time no see! Sadly, I was pretty busy this last month, so I didn’t have time to write. But I’ll try to wright a little more, I promise. 

You may know about my weight lost… Well, I gained weight instead of loosing it. A few days ago, I’ve decided that it’s time for me to go back on track and lose 25 pounds. I’ve gained it this past year… It may sound not that much, especially when I’ve lost 60 pounds like 4 years ago… but now I really want to lose it. Of course, I want talk about my journey until reaching my goal but I also wanna talk about healthy lifestyle decision that you can do on your everyday life.
