Healthy Smoothie

For those who love smoothies as much as I do … I might have a healthier alternative for you! I’ve look on pinterest to get inspired because I’m always drinking the same kind of smoothies. It’s good but sometimes you want something different to make you won’t get bored of a recipes. Here’s the simple step to make a great smoothies.


Step One: Instead of putting juice in it, put water. It might look less tasty at first but eventually it would taste really good. It’s just a matter of getting used to it.  Juice might sound good and healthy, but it’s not… There’s too much sugar in it even if it’s a 100% natural juice. That’s why the best option is water and it will still taste really good. Either you could put milk instead to make sure that you have your milk or alternative serving. I don’t drink dairy milk but I used soy milk in my smoothies and it taste really good.

Step Two: You also have to add some vegetable like spinach, kale or carrots. Let your imagination choose whatever vegetables you want to put in your smoothie. Neither of your choice could be a bad idea. Even if it is, you have to try to find out. Adding vegetables will help you to eat enough vegetables everyday. Good news if you don’t like vegetables, you won’t even taste it.

Step Three: Add some fruits or even frozen fruits of your choice and then blend it. Add nothing else, it’s gonna be perfect as it. Now you just have to enjoy your drink.

Step Four: If you want to drink it  as a snack, you could add a little bit of proteins like Greek yogurt, nuts, tofu, etc. It’s will be really tasty and still healthy.

That’s what I’ve got a green mix but so tasty. I add spinach, mangos, kiwi, water and that’s it. Miamm.
